Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the WholesaleKit application for Shopify. By installing the app you agree to them.

The service

WholesaleKit provides workflow tooling on top of Shopify's native B2B features: wholesale onboarding, pricing tier management, tax-exemption workflow, net-terms tracking and reminders, and quick ordering. The service depends on Shopify APIs; features may change if the underlying platform changes.

Fees

Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's native billing at the plan you select, with a 14-day free trial. No per-order fees. You can cancel anytime by uninstalling the app; billing stops per Shopify's billing cycle rules.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the commercial decisions the app helps automate — pricing rules you configure, buyers you approve, tax-exemption statuses you apply, and charges you trigger on vaulted payment methods.
Tax note: WholesaleKit manages Shopify's exemption flags and certificate workflow. It is not a tax engine and does not provide tax advice. Consult your tax professional for compliance questions.
You must have the right to process the buyer data submitted through your application form.

Data

Your commerce data lives in Shopify and remains yours, including after uninstall. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.

Warranties & liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.

Termination

You may terminate anytime by uninstalling. We may suspend or terminate for abuse, non-payment, or use that risks harm to the platform or other merchants, with notice where practicable.
